I co-led a team of analysts and consultants to transform the culture of a $4-billion, multinational manufacturer. In our analysis, we uncovered statistical links between employee turnover and a lack of psychological safety perpetuated by supervisors. We made the case to develop frontline managers into cutting-edge leaders. After developing and executing a leadership development program, plant employees work harder, longer, and with better mental health – increasing productivity and reducing replacement costs at a huge ROI.
