The COVID-19 pandemic has left organizations around the world scrambling to adapt. At Denison Consulting, I led a team to launch a free product that provided leaders with actionable data about their employees, technology, and customers.
By day, I work at Denison Consulting, the premier corporate culture and leadership development firm. We operate in 50 countries with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small non-profits.
For most organizations, COVID-19 has been the most disruptive force they have ever experienced. As our clients' leaders and employees struggled to adapt, I led a cross-functional team to roll out a new product that elevates employee voices, informing leaders' decision making and communication. In two months, we delivered data collection, analytics, and consulting services to over 40 clients - all at no charge.
This campaign served three important purposes:
1) The solution helped our global client community at a time when economic horizons were bleak and employees were scared about their health and future.
2) The initiative rallied the Denison team when internal employees were feeling powerless to control changing market conditions.
3) The offer helped build trust and deepened relationships with our client base, increasing the likelihood of future business.
